Arbitration is a contractual method of binding dispute resolution between two or more parties.  It is often a quicker and cheaper method of settling a dispute than litigation and the subsequent arbitration award is enforceable all over the world.

Robert is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Registered Arbitrator at the Dubai International Arbitration Centre and has acted as an arbitrator for the International Chamber of Commerce.  In addition to his appointments as an Arbitrator, Robert has also acted as Counsel in arbitrations under the rules of a number of different arbitration regimes.

For further details of Robert’s arbitration practice please see the arbitration cases page, or visit the arbitration section of my website entry at Quadrant here.
